We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Regional Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. This is a senior role that requires a strong understanding of elderly care and a passion for providing person-centred care.

About the Job

The Regional Senior Care Assistant will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to residents across a 20-mile radius. This will involve monitoring the delivery of care when on duty, contributing to the person-centred care planning process for each resident, and recording observations on things like temperature and blood pressure.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care and a good understanding of the wider healthcare industry. A C or above in GCSE English and Maths is also desirable. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £26,500 - £31,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including free training and development, access to wellbeing and support tools, and a retail discount scheme.
