Sales and Account Management Specialist

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in selling and managing key accounts for HVAC or Air Conditioning systems, Air Conditioning solutions, Industrial Refrigeration, Heat Pumps, or similar HVAC-related products.
About the Role- Drive business development and management of key accounts for a range of HVAC products across the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration markets for chillers, heat pump products, and solutions into end-user channels.
- Maintain and grow HVAC product sales through demonstrations, exhibitions, and negotiations to achieve targets.
- Work closely with the Commercial Sales Director to offer technical expertise, implement sales strategies to customers.
- Experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Engineer, or similar role within the HVAC, Industrial Refrigeration, or Air Conditioning industry.
- A technical qualification such as Apprentice-trained, HNC, HND, or Degree would be advantageous.
- Experience selling heat pumps, chillers, fan coils, and Air Handling Units (AHUs) or similar would be desired.
- £50,000-£60,000 per annum depending on experience.
- Bonus scheme.
