Sales and Account Management Specialist

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Sales Professional to join our team at On Target Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling industrial storage and racking systems into various sectors, including manufacturing, warehouse, automotive, and production lines.
The ideal candidate will have a construction background with a sales trajectory and experience in manufacturing, distribution, or building merchant sectors. They will be expected to manage existing accounts and identify new business opportunities in the West Midlands and Southwest regions.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Selling industrial storage and racking systems into manufacturing, warehouse, automotive, and production lines.
- Account management and new business development covering the West Midlands and Southwest.
- Tracking projects throughout the process.
Requirements:
- Construction background with sales trajectory.
- Manufacturing, distribution, or building merchant background.
- Personality, drive, hunger, tenacity, organizational skills, and proven track record.
Package:
- £45k - £55k depending on experience.
- 25% bonus.
