Customer Service Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to coordinate and schedule order books for scheduled engineer service visits.
About the Role- $25,000 - $26,000 per annum salary
The successful candidate will contact engineers and customers regarding bookings, manage customer queries, and process orders onto SAGE200 as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate schedules for engineer service visits
- Contact customers and engineers regarding bookings and updates
- Manage customer queries and issues related to the service process
- Process orders onto SAGE200
- Assist with spare part stock lists and orders to suppliers
- Develop the service function for customers and service engineers
- Communicate with customers about repairs and replacement parts
- Previous experience in a service advisor role or scheduling position
- Confident and organized communication skills
- SAGE200 CRM system experience desirable
- Mechanical/technical background desirable
- Administration experience essential
