Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative and Customer Service Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all provisions across Itec.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Obtain relevant customer information through effective communication channels.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of Itec products, services, processes, and systems to provide comprehensive support.
  • Manage the in-work support process, track progress, and mentor calls for each participant, as well as support teams with customers who fail to attend.
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators related to the role.
  • Address complaints and queries in a timely, professional, and effective manner.
  • Contribute to audit preparation on a regular basis.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in customer service is essential.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience within the training industry would be advantageous.
  • Holding or working towards NVQ Customer Service or Business Administration L2, or equivalent qualification.

This role requires a DBS check, which will be met by the company.
