Xeinadin Group is seeking an Administrative Support Professional to join our team. As an essential member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional administrative support and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality administrative support to our team members
  • Responding to client queries and handling phone calls
  • Maintaining accurate client records and filing systems
  • Processing payments and managing client accounts
  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment
  • Booking appointments and meetings
  • Assisting with projects and tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administration and customer service
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Salary and Benefits:

  • Estimated salary range: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on location)
