About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  • Develop and implement effective office systems and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Supervise and train administrative staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
