About the Role

Marie Curie UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Talent and Development function. As the Head of Talent and Development, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy that aligns with our business objectives and values.
  • Lead a team of professionals to provide high-quality, professional services that support the growth and development of our employees.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and deliver organizational development programs that drive business results.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of delivering talent management solutions in large, complex organizations.
  • Expertise in talent management and development, with a strong understanding of organizational development principles and practices.
  • Experience in leading teams to provide high-impact and value-for-money L&D functions.
  • Experience in design, delivery, implementation, and running of organizational talent management and succession programs.
  • Skilled in driving change and creating a culture of innovation.
  • Qualifications relating to L&D and Talent Management are desirable, as is CIPD accreditation.
