Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Head of Talent to join our team and help us source, attract, and hire top talent across the organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain 'always on' talent pipelines, engaging active and passive candidates through various channels and strategies.
  • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Use data-driven metrics to analyze and improve our recruitment strategies, providing insights and recommendations to inform our hiring decisions.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute employer branding initiatives that showcase our company culture and values.
  • Work closely with our leadership team to understand our workforce planning and resource forecasting needs, ensuring that we have the right talent in place to drive our business forward.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a strong track record of success in sourcing and hiring top talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform our recruitment strategies.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, with the ability to leverage technology to streamline our hiring process.
  • Vendor management and contract negotiation experience, with the ability to manage our recruitment vendors and negotiate contracts that meet our needs.
