Job Overview

At SUMO Talent, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Partnerships Agent to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing brand partnerships for our talent roster.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new brand partnership opportunities for our talent, aligning with their personal brands and audience demographics
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and other industry stakeholders to foster long-term collaboration opportunities
  • Lead negotiations for partnership deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the talent and the agency while maximizing revenue and exposure
  • Collaborate with talent managers and creators to develop brand partnership strategies that align with their career goals and brand identity
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, potential brand partners, and new monetization opportunities within the digital and influencer space
  • Oversee the execution of brand partnerships, from contract signing to campaign completion, ensuring all deliverables are met and campaigns are successful

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in brand partnerships, influencer marketing, or a related field, preferably within a talent agency or digital media company
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for the talent industry and a keen eye for identifying and leveraging partnership opportunities
