We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Manager to join our dynamic team at HLD Talent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our digital talent roster, driving partnerships and strategic career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse roster of digital creators, scouting and signing emerging talent to grow our client base.
  • Oversee the entire process of brand partnerships, from negotiating fees and contracts to managing the content creation process and delivering results.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities for talent, whether through brand collaborations, podcasts, publishing deals or merchandise.
  • Partner with talent to strategize their career growth, ensuring they're expanding their reach across platforms and exploring new avenues for success.
  • Create compelling pitch decks and media kits that highlight talent's unique strengths and capabilities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years in talent management, with a strong understanding of the social media and influencer space.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with talent, brands, and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and creative, with a self-starter mentality and a passion for driving results.
