About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Alvarium Talent. As a key member of our entrepreneurial management team, you will be responsible for driving sales and new customer acquisition across our three core services: embedded, contingency, and retained.

Reporting to the CEO, you will work closely with our experienced and ambitious team of recruiters and talent acquisition consultants to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining trusted client relationships to drive sales and new customer acquisition
  • Supporting the development of our core services as part of a collaborative team
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue

Requirements:

  • A track record of achieving sales targets, including client origination and account management
  • The ability to inspire and motivate others to drive commercial growth
  • Experience building and managing a sales team would be an advantage
