About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Alvarium Talent. As a key member of our entrepreneurial management team, you will be responsible for driving sales and new customer acquisition across our three core services: embedded, contingency, and retained.

You will be supported by a growing team of experienced recruiters and talent acquisition consultants who share a fantastic reputation for delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant recruitment sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building trusted client relationships.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Reporting to the CEO, you will drive new client acquisition across each of our core services
  • Relationship-based sales - You will be an individual contributor, investing in building and maintaining trusted client relationships
  • Supporting the development of each of our core services as part of a collaborative team
