Job Title: Talent Development Manager

At The Stepstone Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Talent Development Manager to lead and manage our Talent Development initiatives. As a key member of our People Development department, you will be responsible for implementing cutting-edge Talent Development programs, overseeing international projects, and ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Talent Development experts
  • Further develop the internal Academy by managing a portfolio of state-of-the-art Talent Development products and conducting needs analyses in partnership with People Partners and business stakeholders to derive strategic measures
  • Define and analyze relevant Talent Development KPIs to drive strategic actions, and foster trend scouting and benchmarking on People Development topics
  • Own and manage international Talent Development projects with impact on the entire The Stepstone Group, prioritize initiatives, and ensure delivery of global standards and processes (e.g., learning, training, coaching, diagnostic tools) aligned with the overall people and organizational strategy
  • Present decision templates to top management to advance projects and act as a trusted advisor for senior leaders on all People Development matters
  • Deliver and moderate (team) workshops

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed a Master's degree in Economics, Psychology, or a comparable qualification, with at least 4-5 years of relevant professional experience in management consultancy or a similarly dynamic company, ideally with leadership experience in Talent Management/Learning & Development
  • Preferably possess expertise in learning consultancy, diagnostic tools, workshop moderation, and delivering and/or coaching/trainer certification
  • Demonstrate a confident presence at all company levels and a drive to advance projects in an international context, with a hands-on mentality and innovative ideas
  • Exhibit a results-oriented approach and the ability to navigate effectively in a fast-changing environment
  • Fluent English is essential, German is desirable, additional languages are an advantage
