Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Talent Assistant to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential support to our talent managers and contribute to the seamless operation of our clients' agency.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting talent managers with daily administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Maintaining accurate records of client contracts and professional engagements
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and logistics for talent as needed
  • Serving as a point of contact for clients and providing exceptional service
  • Fostering positive relationships with clients and external stakeholders to enhance agency reputation and client satisfaction
  • Supporting talent managers in coordinating auditions and interviews
  • Staying informed about industry trends and developments relevant to broadcasters and presenters
  • Attending industry events and workshops to build relationships and expand industry knowledge

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in talent management, entertainment, or media-related roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with entertainment industry software
