As a key member of our team, you'll design and deliver scalable learning and talent development solutions that align with our global priorities and enhance our ability to engage, develop, and retain diverse talent.

You'll partner with business leaders across EMEA to understand business needs, provide hands-on support and coaching, and deliver impactful learning and development programs. Your solutions will empower the professional and career development of employees, drive team effectiveness, and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure the delivery of high-quality learning experiences.
  • Monitoring trends and best practices in learning and development and recommending innovative approaches to enhance the learning experience and drive organizational success.
  • Providing guidance, support, and coaching to managers in identifying and addressing employee and team development needs.
  • Promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth, integrating learning into daily work practices.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with external vendors and learning providers to optimize GLG's learning initiatives.
  • Partnering with the Global Program Manager to identify key results and metrics for learning programs, evaluate their effectiveness, and identify opportunities for improvement.

We're looking for a candidate with 5+ years of learning and development experience, including time spent in organizations known for strong competency in human resources/talent management. Prior experience leading the design and delivery of learning solutions for diverse groups of learners is essential. Excellent facilitation skills, knowledge of learning theories, and strong verbal and written communication skills are also required.

You should be proficient in using learning management systems and other learning technologies to embed learning strategies. A creative thinker, able to bring new perspectives and ideas to the table, is also essential.
