We are now seeking a talented individual to join our People team as a permanent role to head up our Talent Development initiatives. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing innovative learning initiatives that align with our organization's principles and long-term goals.About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to our mission of harnessing the power of AI for the greater good. As the Head of Talent Development and Learning Initiatives, you will be responsible for managing a comprehensive portfolio of programs, including training workshops, mentoring schemes, and leadership development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and evaluate innovative learning and development initiatives, including training programs, workshops, and mentoring schemes.
- Develop and manage the talent development budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Identify high-potential individuals and create customized development plans.
- Encourage and facilitate continuous professional development (CPD) among employees.
- Design and execute leadership development programs and provide coaching and mentorship.
- Build strong relationships with senior leadership, department heads, and external training providers.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a proven track record in talent development, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and training facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing talent development initiatives.
- Experience procuring and implementing learning tools and systems.
- Background in working in complex environments as part of a People team.
- Experience working in scaling organizations, preferably in the tech industry.
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a relevant field.
