Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Head of Talent and Learning to join our Human Resources team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and refining our learning and talent strategy, identifying emerging trends and best practices, and building and evolving our leadership development offer.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement learning and talent initiatives.
- Identify and leverage best practices in talent development, learning, and leadership.
- Develop and deliver impactful learning programs and development initiatives.
- Manage the Learning, Early Careers, and Leadership COE.
- Oversee the easyJet LMS and digital learning experience.
- Monitor KPIs and metrics to assess the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead the senior leadership succession planning approach.
- Oversee the Performance Management framework and annual cycle.
- Design and execute early careers programs.
- A track record of defining, designing, and delivering in the talent space.
- Passion for Diversity and Inclusion.
- High commercial acumen.
- Strong understanding of Early Careers.
