Head of Talent and Learning

We are seeking a seasoned Talent and Learning leader to join our team at easyJet Airline Company PLC. As Head of Talent and Learning, you will be responsible for defining and refining our learning development and talent strategy, collaborating across the business to drive growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement impactful learning programs and development initiatives.
- Lead the senior leadership succession planning approach and oversee the overall talent approach.
- Monitor KPIs and metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Oversee the design and execution of early careers programs.
About You
We are looking for an accomplished and passionate Talent leader with a breadth of experience across the Talent spectrum. You will have a track record of defining, designing, and delivering in the Talent space, with a passion for Diversity and Inclusion. You will be an expert relationship builder with strong influencing and collaboration skills.
