Job Title: Head of Learning and Talent Management

CBRE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Learning and Talent Management function. As the Head of Learning and Talent Management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive learning and talent management strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a learning and talent management strategy that supports the company's business objectives
  • Design and deliver effective learning programs and solutions that meet the needs of the business
  • Partner with business leaders to identify talent development needs and create solutions to address them
  • Lead a team of learning and talent management professionals to deliver high-quality programs and services
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of learning and talent management funds
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and talent management
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g. education, organizational development, human resources)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in learning and talent management, with a focus on leadership development and talent acquisition
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful learning and talent management strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business leaders and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
