Job Title: Head of Learning and Talent Management

CBRE Central Functions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Learning and Talent Management function. As the Head of Learning and Talent Management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to drive business growth and success through effective learning and talent management practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a learning and talent management strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and goals.
  • Design and deliver effective learning programs and solutions that meet the needs of the business and its employees.
  • Lead and manage a team of learning and talent management professionals to ensure the successful delivery of learning programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their learning and talent management needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to source high-quality learning solutions and services.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and talent management and apply that knowledge to drive business results.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in learning and talent management, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the company's business objectives and goals.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
