Job Title: Head of Learning and Talent Management

CBRE is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Learning and Talent Management function. As the Head of Learning and Talent Management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to drive business growth through talent development and learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver effective learning tools, programs, and solutions to support business objectives
  • Partner with business leaders to create and implement a talent development strategy that aligns with the company's goals
  • Lead the Learning and Talent Management team to ensure delivery of key initiatives
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability
  • Collaborate with vendors to leverage existing relationships and negotiate contracts
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Learning and Talent Management, with a strong track record of driving business growth through talent development
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to partner with senior stakeholders
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, with experience in budgeting and financial analysis
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
