Job Summary

CBRE Central Functions is seeking a highly experienced and innovative Head of Learning and Talent Management to lead the development and implementation of our Learning and Talent Management strategy. This role will be responsible for creating and delivering effective learning tools, programs, and solutions that enable the achievement of our business goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in Learning and Talent Management, with a proven track record of creating innovative and scalable programs, tools, and resources. They will be an effective influencer and trusted advisor, able to operate in a fast-paced and high-volume business with strong resilience and an ability to lead and manage change.

The Head of Learning and Talent Management will be responsible for managing a team of Learning and Talent Management professionals and will work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to deliver high-quality learning solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the Learning and Talent Management strategy for CBRE Central Functions
  • Create and deliver effective learning tools, programs, and solutions that enable the achievement of business goals and objectives
  • Manage a team of Learning and Talent Management professionals
  • Work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to deliver high-quality learning solutions
  • Manage Learning and Talent Management budgets and conduct financial analysis
  • Develop and implement policies and processes to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in Learning and Talent Management
  • Proven track record of creating innovative and scalable programs, tools, and resources
  • Effective influencer and trusted advisor
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced and high-volume business with strong resilience and an ability to lead and manage change
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
