About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Head of Talent Development to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our Global Learning and Talent Management function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive learning and talent management strategy across our Global Workspaces business.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Design and deliver effective learning tools, programs, and solutions to support the achievement of our business plans and goals.
  2. Partner closely with our Global People Partner community and business leadership teams to create and implement a range of learning and development initiatives.
  3. Develop and manage budgets for learning and development programs, with a focus on delivering value and ROI.
  4. Lead and manage a team of learning and development professionals, providing coaching and career development opportunities.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and talent management, identifying opportunities to leverage new ideas and approaches.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in learning and talent management, preferably in a multinational corporation.
  • Proven track record of creating and delivering innovative and scalable learning programs, tools, and resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced and high-volume business environment, with a focus on delivering results and driving change.
