About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Talent Development and Organizational Excellence. This is a key role that will play a critical part in helping us deliver our strategic objectives and achieve our vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of talent management strategies to identify, motivate, develop, and retain top talent within the organization.
  • Develop and implement culture change initiatives to enhance the overall work environment and promote a culture of excellence.
  • Design and implement a new learning management system to support the development of our employees and enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective career pathways and succession planning processes.

Person Specification

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who has:

  • Full or part-qualified membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Experience of learning management systems and talent management strategies.
  • Experience of developing and evaluating learning and talent strategies.
  • Experience of capability-building, on an individual, team, and organizational level.
  • Experience of developing and implementing culture change initiatives.
