Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Head of HR or in a senior HR leadership role, with a strong track record of success in HR strategy development and implementation.
  • HR Knowledge and Expertise: Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to analyze complex HR issues and develop effective solutions.
  • CIPD Qualification: CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development and expertise in HR.
