Job Title: Human Resources Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Director to join our team at PGMOL. As a key member of our Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in shaping our organization's future and driving our transformation journey.

About the Role

The Human Resources Director will be responsible for leading our HR function, providing strategic guidance and support to our leadership team, and driving business outcomes through people management. You will have the opportunity to work on a range of complex and high-profile projects, including the development of our employment model, performance management framework, and cultural reset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our HR strategy, aligned to our organizational vision and objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to our leadership team, including the Chief Operating Officer.
  • Drive business outcomes through people management, including talent development, employee engagement, and organizational change.
  • Develop and implement effective HR systems and processes, including performance management, recruitment, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with our Leadership Team to drive our transformation journey, including the development of our employment model and cultural reset.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior HR role, with a track record of driving business outcomes through people management.
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our leadership team, employees, and external partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility.
