Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Head of HR and Talent to identify training needs and objectives, design and implement effective learning solutions, and monitor and measure the outcomes and impact of training.

  • Manage the company's online training program, ensuring it is aligned with business objectives and provides employees with the core skills required for their roles.

Requirements:
