COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Training Manager to lead and enhance the talent development function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with experience in creating impactful learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, development, delivery, and evaluation of training programs within the organization.
- Work with the Head of HR and Talent to identify training needs and objectives, design and implement effective learning solutions, and monitor and measure the outcomes and impact of training.
- Engage with various stakeholders, including business leaders and heads of departments, to ensure training is integrated throughout the business and is consistent, innovative, and relevant.
- Manage the company's online training program, ensuring it is aligned with business objectives and provides employees with the core skills required for their roles.
- Develop and implement training pathways to continuously develop employees through training and development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Strong background in training and development, with experience in creating impactful learning experiences.
