PhD or Post-Doc in Organizational Psychology

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled PhD or Post-Doc candidate to join our team at Human Edge. As a leading organization in the field of organizational psychology, we are committed to advancing our understanding of people development and team effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research in organizational psychology, focusing on collecting, analyzing, and publishing insights on best practices for people development and team effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement complex data analysis techniques, including multi-level regression, MANCOVA, and CFA.
  • Collaborate with our research team to design and execute studies, and to disseminate findings through academic publications and presentations.
  • Contribute to the development of research proposals, grant applications, and other funding opportunities.

Requirements:

  • PhD in Organizational Psychology or a related field, or a Post-Doc with a strong background in organizational psychology.
  • Proven expertise in data analysis, including experience with R or Python.
  • Excellent academic writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to deadlines.
  • Passion for people development and a belief in the potential of research to improve workplace dynamics.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with non-academic writing, such as business case studies.
  • Proficiency in using AI and software technology to increase productivity.
