Job Summary

CRA GROUP LIMITED seeks a highly skilled Senior Development Officer to drive organizational excellence and support the performance of our workforce. This is a 23-month contract with a local authority.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve service plan objectives and targets.
  • Participate in one-to-one performance development reviews and contribute to identifying individual and team development needs.
  • Promote the organization's equal opportunity policy and diversity strategy, ensuring a conduct that prevents discrimination.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and policies.
  • Understand and be aware of the organization's commitment to preventing crime and disorder.
  • Support the development and implementation of organizational change and engagement activities to deliver the organization's people strategy priorities.
  • Coordinate the planned delivery and evaluation of organizational development programs.
  • Contribute to achieving and maintaining external accreditation, such as IIP and professional awards.
Essential Experience
  • Experience in evaluating the impact of organizational development activities.
  • Experience in interpreting complex issues and information to effectively convey messages to various audiences.
  • Experience in the latest organizational development best practices.
  • Experience in employee engagement initiatives.
  • Experience in talent management strategies and their implementation.
Essential Qualifications
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • A relevant professional qualification, such as CAM, CIM, CIPR, or CIPD.
