About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of People to join our leadership team at Tenderd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our human resources strategy to foster a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to identify, engage, and onboard skilled professionals, aligning with the company's growth objectives.
  • Employee Development and Training: Design and implement programs that enhance employee skills, foster professional growth, and contribute to a high-performance culture, collaborating with department heads to identify training needs.
  • Drive a High-Performance Culture: Ensure every manager is held accountable for the performance of their team members, with prompt resolution of performance cases, efficient and rigorous performance review cycles, and support, training, and accountability for managers.
  • Compliance and HR Operations: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, oversee HR operations, and implement best practices for HR policies and procedures, establishing and maintaining HR systems that support the company's evolving needs.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience working in a tech company
  • ~5+ years of experience in talent management or a related field
  • Experience in full life-cycle recruiting, with a proven ability to recruit and hire top-tier technical talent
  • ~Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates, market research, talent mapping, negotiating offers, and influencing management decision-making
  • ~Comfortable working in the ambiguity of a small but growing startup with a strong desire to turn that ambiguity into a well-defined machine
  • ~Proven track record of successfully building and leading a People team or organization, preferably in early-stage startups
