Job Summary

Virtus Talent is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Headhunter to join our team. As a Senior Headhunter, you will be responsible for managing the full 360 recruitment cycle, from sourcing and qualifying top talent to matching them with new and existing business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the investment banking and hedge fund recruitment space.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, including C-Suite executives.
  • Negotiate and close high-contingent roles, often with six-figure packages.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of Virtus Talent's business, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client base.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in executive search or recruitment, with a strong understanding of the investment banking and hedge fund recruitment space.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to secure high-contingent roles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
