Job Overview

Insignia Group of Companies is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Executive to support the Head of Talent Acquisition in delivering recruitment strategies across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Head of Talent Acquisition to develop and implement recruitment plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Source top talent globally through various online channels, leveraging social media to attract passive candidates and enhance our Employer Value Proposition.
  • Curate job adverts and post them to all relevant job boards, maintaining close communication with Hiring Managers.
  • Conduct headhunting and candidate research on LinkedIn Recruiter for confidential roles, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
  • Support the Recruitment process by arranging interviews, screening candidate CVs, and producing offer letters for new hires.
  • Manage a portfolio of vacancies across the full recruitment lifecycle, maintaining relationships with Hiring Managers to keep them informed on recruitment progress.
  • Develop and implement projects to enhance our recruitment capability, such as interview toolkits, job adverts, and descriptions.
  • Provide general HR support, including creating contracts, adding new hires to the HR system, and sending HR correspondence.
  • Deliver weekly reports on the status of all active roles, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Represent the Insignia Group of Companies brand in a professional and appropriate manner, upholding our values and reputation.
Professional Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in hiring roles across various sectors, with a strong understanding of the luxury services and finance industries.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other job boards, as well as an Applicant Tracking System.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Highly detail-focused and conscientious, with a strong interest in the luxury services and finance sectors.
