About the Role

Tenderd is a leading technology company revolutionizing fleet operations through cutting-edge innovation. We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Talent Acquisition and Development to join our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent in the industry, aligning with the company's growth objectives.
  • Employee Development and Training: Design and implement programs that enhance employee skills, foster professional growth, and contribute to a high-performance culture.
  • Drive a High-Performance Culture: Ensure every manager is held accountable for the performance of their team members, with prompt resolution of performance cases and efficient performance review cycles.
  • Compliance and HR Operations: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, oversee HR operations, and implement best practices for HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience working in a tech company
  • ~5+ years of experience in talent management or a related field
  • Experience in full life-cycle recruiting, with a proven ability to recruit and hire top-tier technical talent
  • Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates, market research, talent mapping, negotiating offers, and influencing management decision-making
  • Comfortable working in a small but growing startup with a strong desire to turn ambiguity into a well-defined machine
  • Proven track record of successfully building and leading a People team or organization, preferably in early-stage startups
