Customer Experience Leader

We're seeking a skilled Customer Experience Leader to join our team at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business results.
With a strong focus on operational in-store management, you'll ensure that your area is running smoothly and efficiently, providing a great experience for customers and colleagues alike.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team to deliver outstanding results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a medium to large in-store team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty
- Collaborating with other departments to drive business results and enhance the overall shopping experience
We offer a competitive salary of £33,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a discount card, free food and hot drinks, and generous holiday entitlement.
