Sales Experience Leader

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Experience Leader to join our team in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a global brand and contribute to its success.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of floor managers and stylists to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This includes upskilling and equipping team members with commercial skills to succeed and meet sales targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Equipping and incentivising team members with product knowledge, brand strategies, and people updates.
- Supporting the development of the team and planning and delivering monthly floor sets.
- Maximising trade opportunities and identifying risks through daily shop floor visits.
- Oversight and leadership of stylist team members handling customer queries via online customer service systems.
- Maintaining a positive and inspiring environment, coaching teams to do their best and feel appreciated.
