Sales Team Lead

We are seeking an accomplished Sales Team Lead to oversee the sales team in the Birmingham area and drive business growth for Ted Experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Performance Management:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
- Create and execute Performance Improvement Plans to address underperformance and drive sales growth.
- Manage absenteeism and flag concerns in a timely manner to minimize impact on sales performance.
- People Management:
- Deliver high-quality sales training and coaching to Field Sales Executives to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Develop and enhance the sales techniques of Field Sales Executives to improve sales performance.
- Provide support and guidance on store, tech, and personal issues to ensure Field Sales Executives have the necessary tools to succeed.
- Mentor new starters and ensure they receive comprehensive hyper-care and performance plans to set them up for success.
- Data and Reporting:
- Submit daily reports with accuracy and timeliness to provide visibility into regional sales performance.
- Analyze data trends in your region and provide expert insights to inform business decisions.
- Issue and Incident Escalation:
- Be the primary point of contact for Field Sales Executives, providing prompt and effective resolution to queries, problems, and escalated issues.
- 21 years old or over.
- A valid driver's license and access to own car for business travel.
- At least 2 years of sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
- Able to build and foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Strong work ethic and communication skills to effectively collaborate with the sales team and other departments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software to streamline sales processes and improve productivity.
