About the Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth by leading, motivating, and building a high-performing SDR team at Intercity Technology.
As the ideal candidate, you will focus on generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) that drive business opportunities. Collaborating with the Customer Acquisition Team Lead, Marketing Team, and Sales Team, you will play a pivotal role in achieving revenue targets and shaping the long-term vision of the SDR team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate the SDR team to achieve SQL targets
- Develop and implement training and coaching programs to enhance team performance
- Refine and optimize SDR processes with the Customer Acquisition Team Lead
- Identify opportunities to improve lead generation and qualification strategies

Requirements:- Experience in an SDR Manager role with a track record of leading teams to success
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Expertise in sales techniques, strategies, and negotiation
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational abilities
We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 per annum, plus benefits including 23 days holiday, annual pay reviews, and a strong focus on developing our people.
