A Customer Experience Specialist position is available in the Propel company to support a retail organization's customer-focused goals and expansion.

The Role
- As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will work primarily on CRM communications, focusing on email marketing and potentially other channels.
- You will assist in segmenting customers to create tailored, targeted campaigns that drive engagement and retention.
- Your responsibilities will include supporting the customer journey from acquisition welcome emails to seasonal campaigns, helping retain and engage customers with the brand.
Requirements
- Previous experience in CRM and email marketing is required.
- Experience in retail or a similarly customer-centric industry is highly desirable. You must be able to work to targets and understand commerciality.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude is essential, as this is a friendly, collaborative team where everyone supports each other to achieve shared goals.
Work Arrangements
- Location: Birmingham area
- Work arrangement: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
- Salary: up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
