Customer Experience Manager

As a key member of the Colliers International EMEA team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Develop and implement strategies to exceed customer expectations, drive loyalty, and foster long-term relationships.
- Lead Front of House Teams: Provide guidance, support, and coaching to front of house staff to ensure seamless delivery of service excellence.
- Monitor and Evaluate: Continuously monitor customer feedback, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong Leadership Abilities: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop front of house teams to deliver exceptional service.
