Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and communicative Customer Experience Manager to join our team at eSense Translations. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, issue resolution, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage customer relationships and expectations through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors to ensure high-quality services and timely delivery.
• Utilise CRM software to track customer interactions, orders, and feedback.
• Conduct regular video conferencing sessions with clients and subcontractors to discuss progress and address concerns.
• Maintain accurate records and reports to inform business decisions and improve processes.

Requirements
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on service excellence and relationship building.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Strong organisational and timekeeping abilities to meet deadlines and deliver results.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks.

Compensation and Benefits
eSense Translations offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for career growth, professional development, and a supportive work environment.
