Customer Experience Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Front of House Night Team Manager to oversee our front-of-house operations at Popworld - Stonegate Group. As a senior member of the management team, you will be responsible for driving business performance, while maintaining exceptional customer service and a positive work environment.
Key Performance Indicators:- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead and develop a high-performing front-of-house team
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of hospitality operations and a proven track record of success in a leadership role. You will be a strategic thinker, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
What We Offer:- A competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum
