Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a skilled HR professional to join our People team as a team leader, responsible for the line management of our passionate HR Assistant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day and administrative tasks required within the People Department, contributing to making the company a better place to work.
The role will involve providing excellent assistance and support to employees and managers, as well as being actively involved in recruitment, onboarding, and training.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Employee lifecycle and all aspects of HR, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
They will be able to manage difficult conversations and conflict, and be friendly and approachable.

We are looking for a passionate HR professional who has or is working towards a CIPD qualification (level 3- 5), or has the equivalent experience in human resources.
Knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems would be beneficial, and experience with payroll would be preferable.
