Job Summary

The Independent Schools Council is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to provide professional administrative support to the Human Resources Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting application and interview processes, assisting with onboarding checks and procedures, and maintaining HR filing systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and accurate administrative services to the HR Department
  • Support application and interview processes, including data entry and maintenance of HR filing systems
  • Assist with onboarding checks and procedures, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees
  • Act as a first point of contact for general enquiries to the HR Department

Requirements

The successful candidate will have experience of providing efficient and accurate administrative services, with strong practical experience of using Office 365 (Excel, Word and Outlook). The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Contract Details

This is a permanent, full-time contract with 37.5 hours per week, 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, 52 weeks per year. The salary is £24,400 - £30,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
