We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Support Specialist to join our Employee Services function. This role is responsible for providing effective and accurate administrative support to all internal and external clients.

About the Role

The HR Administrator works within the Employee Services function, providing timely query resolution, guidance, and interpretation of Company policies. You will maintain a high level of customer service while ensuring compliance with company operating procedures.

Responsibilities
  • First point of contact for internal staff, providing timely query resolution, guidance, and interpretation of Company policies.
  • Support and education in company procedures and use of operating systems.
  • Comply with agreed Standard Operating Processes (SOPs), Service Level Agreements, and Key Performance Indicators across all Human Resources administration tasks.
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of SOPs to drive efficiency, accuracy, and increased service levels.
  • End-to-end management and resolution of client enquiries within an agreed timescale, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Database administration, including maintenance of accurate employee information.
Requirements
  • Studying towards a CIPD qualification is desirable.
  • Over 2 years of experience in a similar HR administration/administration position.
  • Confident IT skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees ranging from operative staff to directors.
Salary and Benefits

Estimated salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
