About the RoleThe HR Administrator works within the Employee Services function, providing timely query resolution, guidance, and interpretation of Company policies. You will maintain a high level of customer service while ensuring compliance with company operating procedures.
Responsibilities- First point of contact for internal staff, providing timely query resolution, guidance, and interpretation of Company policies.
- Support and education in company procedures and use of operating systems.
- Comply with agreed Standard Operating Processes (SOPs), Service Level Agreements, and Key Performance Indicators across all Human Resources administration tasks.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of SOPs to drive efficiency, accuracy, and increased service levels.
- End-to-end management and resolution of client enquiries within an agreed timescale, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Database administration, including maintenance of accurate employee information.
- Studying towards a CIPD qualification is desirable.
- Over 2 years of experience in a similar HR administration/administration position.
- Confident IT skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees ranging from operative staff to directors.
Estimated salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
