We are seeking an experienced HR Adviser to join our team in High Wycombe. As a standalone HR role, this position offers autonomy and the opportunity to make decisions.
Main Responsibilities- General HR support across various areas, including benefits, rewards, employee relations, recruitment, and learning and development.
- Support for line managers in performance management, including disciplinary processes when necessary.
- Assistance with employee engagement projects, such as annual surveys and onboarding processes.
- Management of the pre-employment process for new joiners.
- Coordination of HR inductions, including equality, diversity, inclusion, and Anti-bribery training.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a standalone HR Advisor role, preferably in a small commercial organisation, and a solid understanding of HR policies and procedures.
Estimated salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per year.
