Wellbeing Advisor Role

We are looking for a skilled Safety, Health and Wellbeing Advisor to join our team in Twyford, Buckinghamshire.
This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
As a Safety, Health and Wellbeing Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the safe delivery of our high-speed project.
Responsibilities include completing Site Safety Inspections, monitoring and driving SHW Performance, and promoting and assisting with Corporate and Local SHW Campaigns.
You will also work closely with onsite operational teams and supply chain to foster relationships and drive business success.
You will be required to have a strong background in health and safety management, with experience in promoting and assisting with Corporate and Local SHW Campaigns.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a joint venture of four leading civil engineering and construction companies.
About the Candidate:
- Holding, as a minimum, NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent)
- Holding TechIOSH status or higher
- Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities
- Excellent communication and engagement skills
- Strong knowledge and practical application of SH&W on the ground
- You must hold a full driving license and have access to a vehicle
