**About the Role:** We are seeking a Workplace Wellbeing Expert to join our team at Morson Talent Careers. This is a great opportunity for a skilled professional to work on a high-profile project as part of a joint venture between international market leaders.
In this role, you will promote and assist with both corporate and local wellbeing campaigns. You will develop strong relationships with onsite operational teams and supply chain partners to drive wellbeing performance.
You will conduct site wellbeing inspections, identify trends and anomalies, and work collaboratively with operational site teams to improve wellbeing standards.
This is a rewarding role that offers a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our client is offering a comprehensive benefits package, including a generous pension scheme, private healthcare, and opportunities for professional development.
