About the Role

We are seeking an Aftersales Advisor to join our team at Eden Motor High Wycombe. As an Aftersales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a seamless aftersales experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions;
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner;
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates;
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of ownership;
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
