Emotional Wellbeing Support Specialist

We are seeking an Emotional Wellbeing Support Specialist to join our team at Academics Ltd in High Wycombe. In this vital role, you will provide individualized support to students who require additional help with their social, emotional, and mental health needs.
About the JobYou will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized strategies to promote self-regulation, encourage positive relationships, and provide emotional support during challenging situations.
- Developing and implementing support plans for students
- Assisting with self-regulation activities and techniques
- Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to support student wellbeing
- Providing emotional support and guidance to students
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working with vulnerable children or young people
- A passion for supporting emotional wellbeing and promoting positive relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
This is a permanent, full-time position available immediately. The estimated salary for this role is £95-140 per day, based on your experience and qualifications. You will also have access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
